Personal Use Examples:

• Personal use designs are for your personal use.
• You can use it as-is and only make size and color modifications.
• This means that you can use the design to make something for yourself or your home.
• You can also use the design to create a gift for someone else. Generally, as long as no money is exchanging hands, you are within the limits of a personal use license.

 

Unacceptable Person Use Examples:

• You are NOT allowed to re-sell, re-distribute or trace the actual digital files included in this download or claim them as your own.

 

LICENSE: COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Commercial Use Acceptable Use:

• Unlimited projects for yourself, family members, and friends.
• Unlimited projects/physical items for commercial use to be sold to customers.

 

Commercial use examples include:

• Making physical crafts/artwork and selling them at craft fairs and/or online.
• Making flyers for a client, printing and distributing them.
• Using products downloaded/purchased from us in an app, which is available to download to a mobile device.
• Using products downloaded/purchased from us in your favorite software such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and Adobe Illustrator to make a ‘physical product’ for sale.
• Use of a design in one eBook/printed book title.
• Using products downloaded/purchased from us in TV, film, music video, or any other broadcast production.

 

Unacceptable Commercial Use:

• You do not have permission to sell, distribute or trace the file in any format.
• Distributing files downloaded/purchased from us in any manner, including: selling, giving away for free, or as part of a package of products.
• Allowing more than one user to use items downloaded/purchased from us to make projects for personal or commercial use.
• Converting designs into different formats or embroidery files without written permission from Craft Chameleon.
• Creating a product to sell which only consists of the letters/numbers of a font, or a design which closely resembles the design element downloaded/purchased from us.
• You cannot alter the file and claim the item as your own.
• You cannot modify the font or design.
