Can I add to an order I have already placed?

Our shopping cart doesn't allow us to add to orders. The best way to have orders combined is to place them as close together as possible and ask on the second order for the your orders to be combined. This doesn't guarantee it will happen but we will do our best. Postage Savings- When we combine orders if there is postage savings of $1 or more we refund the savings to you.

When do you ship?

We ship daily Monday through Friday.

What is your turn around time?

Please note on the front page the number of days out we are before we can ship. Also remember any listing with this image Light - FAQ is not in stock and can add up to 3 days to our turn around time.

How do I get my templates/tutorials/downloadable images that come with my product?

After your order ships you will receive an email with a link for your downloadables.

What type of cut files do I get with acrylic shapes?

Each acrylic download includes an SVG file , Studio file and JPG file with dimensions.

Do you collect sales tax?

Yes, we collect sales tax for anyone residing in the state of Missouri.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do. We ship USPS mail. We will need your phone number for all customs forms so please be sure to add to your information. How much is shipping? It depends on the weight and size of the items you order. BUT you can add items to your cart and prior to supplying any payment information you can see the shipping costs. You can edit your shopping cart to get the best shipping configuration!

Is your store online only?

As of May 29, 2018 our first store and class room opened! It is located at 123 Weldon Parkway, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 

Will you notify me prior to shipment if one of my items is out of stock?

We are a small mom and pop shop who attempt to keep our prices low. So that is not a service we can provide at this time. We do refund as soon as possible.

Why are the digital design files zipped and why do I need to unzip files?

Every digital design you purchase here will come to you in a compressed format, otherwise known as a zipped file. Compressed files take up less storage space, and can be transferred to you more quickly and efficiently than uncompressed files. Zip files are single files that contain one or more compressed files. Opening your zipped file will vary depending on the computer system you use.
Unzip files in Windows 10.
1. Right click on .zip file that you want to unzip (uncompress), and click on "Extract All" in context menu.
2. In "Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders" dialog, enter or browse folder path where you want files to be extracted. Check "Show extracted files when complete" checkbox to open extracted folder after zip extraction is complete.
How to Unzip Files on Mac Computers Unzipping a file on a mac computer is user-friendly and intuitive. To unzip files on a mac, simply follow the steps below:
1. Double click the zipped file.
2. The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility into the same folder the compressed file is in.
3. Access the extracted files by clicking the appropriate icons.

Can I use my mobile device (phone or tablet) to download my digital design purchase?

No, you cannot use a mobile device to download zipped folders, as these devices do not have the capability to deal with these types of files. You must download digital designs from your personal computer.

What are your terms for digital files?

You do not have permission to:
Sell, distribute or trace the file in any format.
Use the files, or any part of them, to sell digitally in any format.
Digitize the images for embroidery, either for personal or commercial use.
Distribute files downloaded/purchased from us in any manner, including: selling, giving away for free, or as part of a package of products.
You may not share these files with anybody, including but not limited to loading the designs to Facebook groups.
Allow more than one user to use items downloaded/purchased from us to make projects for personal or commercial use.
Using products downloaded/purchased from us in TV, film, music video, or any other broadcast production.
Converting designs into different formats.
Creating a product to sell which only consists of the letters/numbers of a font, or a design which closely resembles the design element downloaded/purchased from us.
You cannot alter the file and claim the item as your own.
You cannot modify the font or design.

The designs you purchase are only licensed for one person’s use.  Should you share them with or sell them to anyone, you are infringing on the Terms of Use and Limited Commercial License.

Do you offer refunds for digital designs?

By the very nature of digital downloads, these files are not “returnable”. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. For this reason, we ask that you take the time to verify that you are purchasing file types that will work with your machine, and for your needs.
